For kids age 8-18 try Surf Camp

All surf lessons include board, and if needed wetsuit.  At the PIT Surf Shop we have a brand new fleet of surfboards for all of our surf camps and lessons.  These surfboards are of an ultra light epoxy construction, so they ride better than all of the other rental boards around. Surfing lessons are a great way for you to get comfortable surfing.  After a 2 hour surf session you will feel comfortable going surfing on your own.  After your surfing lesson you will be knowledgeable in ocean safety and the proper way behave in the ocean and around more experienced surfers.

Lessons can be arranged for any size group.  Group lessons can be a great way for a bunch of friends to get out and learn to surf together, or for a family to spend a day of their vacation.  If you have kids and are going to be in town for a week in the summer, we highly recomend Surf Camp.  Surfing lessons are great for people of all ages and are a great way to get out and enjoy the beautiful beaches of St. Augustine.

SURFING LESSONS

Private Lessons are available each day of the week with at least 24 hour advance notice. All equipment is included, as well as a professional CPR certified surfing instructor. Private lessons last 2 hours, and can be schedualed any time during the day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (whenever works for you!)

$70 per person 1 on 1
$55 each for 2 people ($110 Total)
$45 each for 3 people ($135 Total)

Special Events

If you would like to set up a lesson for a large group of people, we will happily work out a package specically for your event.  In the past we have done wedding groups, birthday parties, and youth groups.  Our professional instructors can accomidate up to 30 people if given one week or more notice.  We can even come to you!  Please call and speak to a manager to tailor fit a group lesson for your needs.
